About the service

MeForYou lets creators leave private digital surprises or remembrances with messages and media, optionally linked to a place and time. These terms govern use of the service. If you do not agree, do not use it. Use the service only if you can enter this agreement under applicable law, or with the permission and supervision that law requires.
Accounts and private links
Creators sign in to manage surprises. Keep your account and sign-in links secure; contact us about suspected unauthorised access. Recipients do not need an account.
Anyone holding a private link may use it. A recipient name is a label, not proof of identity. Location checks do not verify who is carrying a device. Share links only with intended recipients. Revoking a link cannot recall content someone has already viewed, copied or shared.
Your content and remembrances
You retain rights in your content and give us permission to host, process and display it as necessary to operate the service and deliver the moment to people using its link. Only upload content you have the right to share, including permission where required from people shown or named.
A Remembrance must be presented as the creator’s memory or tribute, not as a message sent by a deceased person. Do not claim family authority, ownership, consent or endorsement you do not have. A private visitor link does not grant edit rights or establish a family relationship.
Do not use MeForYou for harassment, stalking, threats, exploitation, unlawful content, impersonation or sharing private information without authority. Do not bypass access controls, guess private links, interfere with the service or misuse another person’s account.
Places, meetings and safety
Choose safe, lawful, accessible places. Do not direct anyone to trespass, enter dangerous areas or travel against their wishes. MeForYou is not an emergency or navigation service, or a guarantee of identity or presence.
A meeting surprise reveals the creator’s instructions; it does not book a venue, arrange transport or guarantee attendance. Coordinate important details directly with people you trust. Do not rely on this app for urgent or safety-critical arrangements.
GPS readings and saved pins can be inaccurate, especially indoors. Availability depends on the configured time and server checks. Do not chase a GPS reading into an unsafe location. Stop and contact the sender if instructions seem wrong.
Payments, receipts and refunds
Before payment, we show the final UAH amount, purchased term and affected moment. A purchase is one-time unless explicitly described otherwise. The term activates only after mono confirms payment; the payment provider supplies the confirmation or receipt.
For a refund request, use our contact page and include the date, amount and last 8 characters of the payment reference shown in MeForYou history. Do not send card details or a private moment link. We review the request against the delivery state of the digital service and mandatory consumer rights. A refund is shown in history; it does not silently delete content or reactivate access.
Managing, reporting and removing moments
New Free surprises and remembrances provide 72 hours of visitor access from creation and then enter a 30-day owner recovery period with the private link paused. Earlier surprises may retain previous access terms. Unlock schedules can shorten availability but do not extend keeping. A confirmed paid purchase extends access for the selected term.
Creators can edit moments while allowed, revoke links and remove moments from their list. Revocation stops the existing private URL and QR destination but does not delete stored content. Deletion immediately stops access and queues private content and media for removal as described in our Privacy Policy.
Visitors can report inappropriate content or privacy concerns from the reveal page. Ownership disputes, requests concerning a remembered person, and other misuse can be raised through our contact page. Do not send passwords or private links in your initial message. We may restrict access or remove content to address misuse, protect people or comply with law, and may ask for proportionate information to investigate authority or ownership.
Availability and responsibility
The service is evolving. Features may change and interruptions or errors can occur. Keep your own copy of important content. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, precise location readings or successful real-world meetings.
You are responsible for your content, instructions and use of the service. Nothing here excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including mandatory consumer protections.
